Just a few minute walk to the beach. This condo has all your summer vacation needs. A short walk from downtown Old Orchard beach as well as downtown Ocean Park. The complex offers an outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, and small fitness center. There is a grill on the back deck. The second bedroom actually will have a bunk bed that is twin over double with a trundle underneath with room to sleep 4. The couches have been replaced with brand new gray couches since these photos were taken. Rentals must be Saturday to Saturday 7 night stays. Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is at 10 am. There are towels there but need to be washed before departure (including dish towels). Otherwise please provide all of your own linens. No sheets provided.Wifi with Smart TV
