Cozy and comfortable this garden level condominium is located at the top of South Mill Street and is a block from the Gondola and Lift 1A. Ruby Park Transportaton Center is just down the street!. Aspen looks beautiful Winter, Summer, Fall, and Spring and this condo is perfect for relaxing and enjoying Aspen’s amenities.It is centrally located for easy walking access to everything in town. The large bedroom has a queen-size bed and features picture windows looking out into the lighted Christmas trees by the pool and spa area. The second small bedroom (see photo) has a twin bed, and the living room has a sofa bed which is also comfortable made up as a single. There is also a cot. The condo has 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). Condo also offers a washer/dryer and everything you need for cooking and relaxing.The beautiful pool/spa area is one of the best in Aspen and is located just outside the back door of the condo. The front door of the condo opens onto the Mill Street side and it is only half a block walk to town. Off street parking just outside the condo.
