At 1200 sq. ft., Mountain Plaza 604 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 10 people. This unit has the advantage of 2 Master Bedrooms and an additional Bath. One Master Bedroom is furnished with a 2 Double size beds and a Full Size Bath. The second Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Size Beds and a Full Size Bath. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free WiFi, watch the Direct TV on the Flatscreen TV/DVD player and dream away on the Queen Sofa Sleeper. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the new American Eagle Chondola lift in our village and therefore considered “Ski-in/Ski-out.” The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking, and Community Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73769 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking.
