This is a beautifully remodeled condo with bright colors. This condo is at the front part of the complex, one of the closest to the beach. It has been upgraded with new furniture in the Summer of 2022. This is the only condo we have and we have equipped it to be extremely comfortable for our family and yours. The bathroom was remodeled in July 2016 with walk-in tile shower and new vanity.There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom. We also have a queen-sized fold-out couch in living area that was purchased in July 2022.The kitchen is equipped with all necessities as well as extras. Extras include rice cooker, Ninja food processor, and blender. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, and pans to host friends for dinner. We have a new dishwasher that was purchased in July 2022.We have provided 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach necessities to have an awesome day at the beach.The unit has a brand new (as of June 2017) high-efficiency split unit a/c as well as ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. There is cross ventilation and a cool ocean breeze on most days.The TV is a smart TV with a DVR and netflix is activated for your enjoyment. FREE WI-FI with fast speed for uploads or downloads, no restrictions.New full-sized washer and dryer in the condo for your use.An in-room programmable safe is located in the master closet for safekeeping of your valuables. Can be programmed with your private code or can use a driver’s license or any credit card with a magnetic strip for your convenience.This condo is located towards the front of the complex so it is easy to get into and out of the condo. There is limited foot traffic by the condo because it is not in the direct pathway to other condos. The walkway to other condos is close but does not go directly in front of our unit.
