Lovely ranch style home , boasting a chefs kitchen, large family room with fireplace, and separate living room and dining room located in back of house. Large deck off dining room to bbq and enjoy the tranquil setting. Wood floors throughout, with a stylish eclectic decor. 55″ TV in living room and another TV in den off Master Bedroom for entertainment. Kitchen has granite countertops for easy maintenance and newer appliances . Nice to have a two car garage and large driveway for boat etc! Traverse City is only 4 miles away and Suttons Bay 8 miles. Centrally located to all tourists sites and wineries! ! Elmwood Marina and its amenities 3 miles away for the boating and beach enthusiasts. Book now, summer dates available.
