Newly remodeled ranch. One level living, with all new furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath; air conditioning, LED TV’s in livingroom, dining room and both bedrooms with DISH cable. Xfinity WIFI. Washer & Dryer. Large deck with gas grill. Landscaped backyard with fire pit. This is not your typical vacation rental. It is our home and is only rented for weeks we are away. A great rental for 1 or 2 couples or a small family (note, both beds are queen beds and on 18″ frames).House is on a quiet dead end road. 1 mile to Mystic Seaport, 1 ½ miles to historic downtown Mystic (easy bike ride, no hills), 2 miles to Mystic Aquarium, 2 miles to Olde Mistick Village, ½ mile to Denison Nature Center, 3 miles to Pequot Golf Course, 10 miles to Foxwood Casino. 1 ½ miles to large grocery store. Only 2 ½ miles from I-95.Maximum 4 people. No smoking, no pets, no large parties allowed. Linens and towels, full bathroom including soap, shampoo and paper products are provided.
