On the first level is the spacious living room and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with a large island. ALL bedrooms and living spaces have TV’s. The second level has 2 bedrooms both with King-sized beds- the spacious master bedroom has a balcony and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King-sized bed and attached bathroom. On the third floor, you will find a room with a bunk bed with full beds on top and bottom. There is another living space between the rooms with comfortable couches and furniture. The 4th bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both rooms share the upstairs bathroom. With provided beach gear, high speed WIFI, coffee bar and more, this will become your new go-to spot!-Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 30+ day rentals-please inquire for more details.COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests.
