Great home close to all Greensboro & High Point Golf/Aquatics/Convention CenterThis beautifully refurbished brick home is in the heart of the Sedgefield Country Club neighborhood, one mile from the Grandover Resort. Your family or group will enjoy this comfortably, well-appointed home that includes a spacious den, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen with French doors opening into the heated and cooled sunroom. There are 2 full bathrooms and three bedrooms on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and the third has a pair of Twin beds, all with luxury sheets. A Twin daybed and Twin Trundle bed are located in the heated & cooled sunroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the dinnerware, gadgets and bakeware you will need during your stay or there are wonderful restaurants close by.In the full basement you can work out in our mini-gym with a treadmill, recumbent bicycle and Total Gym or show the kids who is boss with a game of ping-pong.
