Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this well located home at 412 Union Street. This comfortably appointed beach cottage is nicely decorated in a casual, comfortable, and modern style. Very charming!Situated on a quiet street within a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, 412 Union Street is located within 0.15 miles of beach access. The screened back porch is the perfect spot for enjoying the morning paper and great afternoon naps.Entry into the main house is up an exterior staircase as the lower level is a 2 car garage. The main house consists of two bedrooms, which share a tiled tub/shower combination, a generously sized living room, separate dining room, and kitchen which opens to a small rear yard.
