Great Home for Laconia Bike Week & Summer Vacation with Game Room in BasementThis spacious 2900 square foot home just became available and sleeps up to 12. This home also sits on the entry road for the annual hill climb at Gunstock Mountain. Inside, the kitchen has large island with 3 stools, two ovens, two dishwashers, 2 refrigerators (one in adjacent hallway) and two sinks, with garbage disposal.The living room has a large wrap around couch that’s extremely comfortable and cozy. Also has an oversized ottoman for all to enjoy and a 55″ Samsung TV.The dining area boasts a large 8 seat table and plenty of arm and leg room. Sunroom has wicker set with cushions and get a beautiful breeze from the mountains and brook across the street.Next is a large mudroom with large closet and access directly to the garage via staircase. Down the hall from the mudroom to the kitchen are two closets, a full bathroom, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.On the other side of the kitchen is the entrance to the master bedroom. There you will find a private bathroom with walk in shower and separate soaking tub. The master bedroom has a full king bedroom set and tv and and plenty of storage.Upstairs, there is a large loft with an oversized queen pull out couch with chaisse lounge. There is also a TV in this room as well, acting as a second living room space. On each side of the loft is a bedroom with two queen beds, TVs and closets. There is also a linen closet and full bathroom.The large two car garage has room to store skis, snowboards, bicycles, etc. There is also a fire pit stored in garage that can be used outside. Wood is not provided.There is a outdoor gas grill on site.There is a game room in the basement, with two couches, TV, air hockey, foosball, card table, board games and ping pong table.There is air conditioning units installed on site as well as radiant floor heating.The home is in the perfect location for everything. The home sits 1 mile from Gunstock Mountain but is a 1/2 mile walk to the trails. Gunstock is open year round for skiing, biking, hiking, etc. The mountain also has the longest tubing run in New Hampshire!The Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion is approximately 4 miles from the home as well. Here they hold concerts of all types so you can see what’s scheduled during your stay. It also sits only 8 miles from Weirs Beach, the host of the annual Laconia Bike Week. Finally, there are golf courses, mini golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and Mount Washington cruises only 5 miles away.
