We purchased this property because we loved the idea of being so close to the beach so we can walk back and forth for meals and naps. We also love this location because the house sits on a ‘dead end’ side street. It’s very safe for kids and you don’t have to worry about cars because of the location of the house. Our favorite feature is the fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water…very convenient for larger groups and for kids to rinse all of that sand off!!
