This beautiful 2 BR/2 BA condo is all about charm and comfort. You will have no problem leaving your cares behind and enjoying this vacation home! Welcome to the Island lifestyle you always wanted. A variety of fun activities right outside your door. Start with morning kayaking or fishing from the condo pond and kayak trails, then moving to an afternoon break by the pool or ocean. There are tennis courts for the family to enjoy as well. The condo has been newly remodeled throughout. The condo sleeps four and comes with full size laundry in the unit. Evenings should be enjoyed in the screened balcony enclosure. We haven’t even mentioned its proximity to the beaches of Anna Maria Island yet…a 7 minute walk! This neighborhood is also close to Robinson Preserve and Neal Preserve where you can find an abundance of walking trails. Sunbow Bay community is walking distance from Publix grocery store, CVS, restaurants and shops. The popular trolley bus will take you up and down the island. Come make this great condo your escape to paradise. NO SMOKING. WIFI is included. The one garage space is available for tenant use and included with your stay. This unit requires a minimum stay of one month, although shorter stays may be arranged under certain conditions. In that instance, although rates for one week are at a premium, weekly rates are discounted for multiple weeks. Please email us to inquire about availability. An application and approval process is required by association rules and regulations. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. One small pet welcome with a $100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee.
