Vaulted floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings an unobstructed view from the kitchen, bedroom and living room.This condo has two bedrooms, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs LOFTED bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has a new memory foam queen sofa bed which can accomodate 2 guests. It has two full baths, one with tub access. Each bedroom also has beautiful outside view and plenty of natural sunlight and breeze.Whole condo will be available to the guests. If you care about storage space, there is plenty in the house for guest access. The newly installed washer and dryer units is a rare luxury in Maui and great for in-house laundry after a long day in Maui.Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups and all necessary silverware/cooking pots. You may find essential condiments stocked. Anytime you need something, the grocery store is right behind the community at 5 mins walking distance.For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.
