This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is tastefully decorated. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and loveseat and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker to brew a fresh cup of coffee, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 – making it a perfect space to start your day. The adjacent dining room is bright and has a dining table for 4 with access to the balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset cocktails at the outdoor dining table for 4.The primary bedroom has a King Size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and TV. The adjoining guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The guest suite can be closed off from the hall, which provides an added sense of privacy for guests.Local favorite restaurant, Sting-Rays, is on the same side of the street on the same block, and for breakfast, be sure to try The Breakfast Club or Sunrise, both just a short distance away. This condo is a great spot to stay during local events that happen on the South end of Tybee.Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (Oversized SUVs and Trucks may not fit.)
