Our condo has flat screen smart TVs, brand new furniture, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances and more. Our deck overlooks the pool, but is nicely secluded by maple trees for privacy. Being on the top floor provides a more spacious deck and condo. Great location in the popular Restaurant Row. The condo is just 3 miles to Barefoot Landing, 2 miles to Outlet shopping, 1 miles to calabash buffets and within steps to Ocean Annie’s, Finn McCools, Biminis, Flip Flops and Harry the Hats. A top floor / end unit has the benefit of no neighbors above or to the side, just one shared wall. Also, the deck is open to the sun! Being on the top floor, if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the condo for you.
