Description

Spacious Home (3,300 sq ft) in the heart of the Lakes Region and sleeps up to 10. Within 5 minutes to Gunstock for skiing and Lake Winnipesaukee. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Only 7 minutes to NH Pavillion for the concerts. Not to mention all of the other NH attractions that are easy to get to. Very cozy home that has plenty of space to spread out. Nice privacy and a long driveway with an accessible garage. We do have central AC.If you don’t used the basement, the cleaning fee drops to $245.We do spray for mosquitoes from May through September. The service claims it reduced mosquito population by 85-90%.
