You are near great entertainment and dining and have easy access to Back Beach Road. Shipwreck Island Waterpark is visible from the condo and is a very short walk away. Pier Park with its great shopping, restaurants, and IMAX is minutes away. The new Bay County Fishing Pier is next door so you can walk your fishing pole over from the unit. Cook your own ‘catch of the day’ on the available gas grills! Beach rental equipment with jet skis, pontoons, etc. is located beachside in front of the building. Our covered parking deck is attached to the building.Our unit is on the 14th floor offering a fantastic view of the beach! Primary bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony entrance. Fall asleep listening to the waves crashing upon the beach. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. Condo includes a brand new queen sized sleeper sofa. Enough room for 6 to sleep comfortably.Beach Service is included! 2 chairs and an umbrella already on the beach to enjoy!
