The living room has a large fireplace with dining room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a private outdoor patio. There is also an office with high speed internet and desk.Our unique location is directly across from a sandy bay beach with views of the beautiful Newport Bay, Lido island, and the boats of Newport Harbor.The property is walking distance to the many attractions of the Newport Peninsula. Walk to the Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, or the many restaurants, piers or rent a bike and take a ride on the bike path to your favorite location.The home has wonderful views. This is not your typical beach rental! We use the property as a second home..The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The King and Queen bedrooms are spacious. The 3rd bedroom is Ideal for teens and or children and has full size bunk beds on top and bottom. Please note it is accessed through the master bedroom and patio deck.Enjoy the boats passing by from your living and dinning room, a real treat everyday especially during the Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. The bay beach across from the property is great for families. Have fun in Newport harbor on the water, as there are boat and kayak rentals nearby. You can also kayak or paddle board from the beach in front of the house.Beach chairs and paddle board provided for your use.
