Located at the Waikoloa Villas in Waikoloa Village. This top floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooks the Waikoloa Village golf course. You are a short drive to the best beaches on the island, Waikoloa Beach Resort and are conveniently located to many great restaurants, a grocery store and a gas station, with many more to come.Sit and sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the oversized lanai while you enjoy the lush tropical grounds and ocean view and watch the wild turkeys as they meander. From the lanai, enjoy watching the golfers during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening.The Waikoloa Villas amenities include, two swimming pools, spa and BBQ areas. You will also have access to the Waikoloa Village Association amenities, which includes, an aquatic center, 18-hole golf course, tennis court, and now a pickleball court!The condo’s main floor features an open floor plan that leads to the large lanai. Also, on the main floor you will find one bedroom and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The washer and dryer can also be found in this bathroom. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the second floor. The bedroom features a large walk-in closet, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are very spacious.The condo is fully stocked. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee filters to get you started.This unit does not have air conditioning.
