There is a $50.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool and outdoor tub can’t be heated any other months.The backyard is great for entertaining and features a large, covered patio with outdoor dining, a putting green, a BBQ grill and lounge chairs! Easy freeway access and close to Old town Scottsdale where you can bike along the canal to Old Town using any of the six adult bicycles or one child bicycle.
