With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a sofa sleeper. Sitting across from the Big Thompson River with 360 degree mountain views. Enjoy preparing home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen or on the gas grill on the front deck. The living room has plenty of natural light and lots of windows to take in the serene views. Another large deck provides a quiet space to gather for meals or to relax after a day of outdoor activities. Newly installed stone patio and gas firepit. Spend your evenings under the stars and the warm glow of the firepit.This home has a main level master queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The Livingroom offers a sofa sleeper. Downstairs is a queen bedroom, a multi purpose room with TV, Games, books and work space, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room. There is a pack-n-play available for those traveling with a baby.You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests and 2 vehicles, strictly enforced. No Pets, No Smoking. The person renting/name on the account must be present.This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024.
