It is a one-time fee and is good for the entire year. You can purchase this at the Big Store, the Valero, or from the local issuing authority when they are driving along the beach.GOLF CARTS: Though not required, having a golf cart can be very convenient for shuttling back and forth to the beach and “cruising” on the beach.
