If you are staying longer than 1 week, basic weekly house cleaning is required (see rules + amenities). You may ask for our cleaners to come clean for a fee. If you leave it dirty, messy, and/or don’t remove your trash, garbage, and recycling, you will have to pay a minimum of $200 extra.If you are found to have broken any of the policies and rules, you will need to vacate immediately, pay a minimum $300 fine, and lose the rest of your reservation without any refund.
