The house has an open floor plan on the first floor consisting of an ocean front family room with fireplace, a dining area with ocean views, kitchen and a 3/4 bath. Spectacular ocean views of Ipswich Bay, Plum Island Sound, Plum Island, Cranes Beach and Halibut Point. Three bedrooms on the second floor with ocean views and a full bath. Upper and lower ocean facing decks. Enjoy spectacular sunrises. Relax in the evenings sitting at newly installed sea wall patio/fire pit.
