Located on the 6th floor, corner unit with wrap around lanai. Enjoy a nightly sunset from the lanai, depending on the season. Walking distance to downtown, beaches, shops, restaurants and farmers market. Included in unit are a stacked washer and dryer. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you will need. TV in living room and bedroom. Free cable TV, WiFi and a wireless printer. Complex has nice pool with BBQ’s, luscious grounds and tennis courts across the street for your use.If you decide to rent a vehicle for your stay, you will definitely appreciate the covered parking in the garage. The complex does have a 6 foot, 6 inch height limit at our entrance so most vehicles will not have an issue at all parking in the covered parking. We do have one assigned parking space in the garage for your use.
