OCCUPANCY LIMIT 10. This 3-bedroom 2 bath home is just a 5-minute drive to Sebago State Park Beach. Canoe/paddles with four unisex lifejackets that is just a short walk from the home. You can also easily launch your boat at the free boat ramp a short walk away. Easy boating access to Sebago Lake, Songo River, Brandy Pond, Naples Causeway and Long Lake. It is an easy paddle to the Sandbar. There is also a large yard with a fire pit. 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with a Queen Bed. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double and a twin over and double, the other has a twin. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room. A pack and play is also available. Both full baths are on the 1st floor. Washer and dryer on the 1st floor. Plus, AC window units on the 1st and 2nd floor. Hiking trails at the State Park are a bonus. Also, proximity to Naples, North Conway, and Portland gives you plenty of things to do during your trip. Moose Landing and Point Sebago are part of the Freedom Boat Club which is very close to the property. You can also stay home and enjoy the indoor/outdoor games including a cornhole set and the outdoor hammock. Pet Free home.Waterfront/Lot Description: Large yard.
