This beautiful Lake Hartwell home is located on a private lot, with deep water, in the sought-after Reed Creek area. This Jerry Turner built home has views of the lake and quality finishes throughout. The great room with fireplace is open to the dining area and kitchen with granite counters and a large island. The main level also includes a master suite and half bath. The lower level great room opens onto a lower deck just a stone’s throw from the lake. The finished terrace level has a large rec room, two more bedrooms, and another full bath. You have an open view of the lake from both levels of the home. There is a concrete drive with plenty of parking and a location for boat trailer parking. The lower level deck offers additional space for outdoor entertaining and grilling. From the deck there is a short-improved walkway to the covered slip dock. The home comfortably sleeps 10-12 people (8 adults maximum) and is fitting for guests of all ages.
