Don’t forget the gas grill too! There’s plenty of room for entertaining while enjoying the view!The master bedroom en suite is quite the sanctuary for the perfect couple’s retreat. Not only is the bed BRAND NEW and luxurious, but the en suite is also unforgettable! Take a dip in the tall Jacuzzi tub, there is a separate shower and his and hers vanity sinks. There is a brand new luxury mattress too! The three over-sized windows are more than enough reason to wake up with smiles of sunshine!The west bedroom features a new memory foam luxury mattress that will leave you sleeping better than you could possibly dream of. If gaming or cable TV is your forte, please enjoy the gaming console and several popular games to play. If relaxing under a window seat is more for you, check out the library of books provided for your reading desires!Down the walkway to the east bedroom is the hall bath. All the bathrooms feature a hairdryer and extra towels. Grab bars are available in the showers as well.The east bedroom has the perfect views and also has a luxury foam mattress. I’m sure you will not want to wait to go to sleep after a dip in the Jacuzzi!There is a 2 car garage that has items for sports or picnic activities at Posse Grounds Park. Just a quick walk around the house to enjoy such an amazing local landmark. The home also includes top of the line washer and dryer and games for the whole family to enjoy!The views in this quiet neighborhood are more than magnificent. They are the memories that will last forever and this home is what will keep you coming back.House Rules:~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 – the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.~All reservations must submit their driver’s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.~No Smoking~No large gatherings~No mailbox access will be granted~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock.
