Great reviews & price–VERY convenient-Beautiful pool & dockOur waterfront home is a beautiful three bedroom , two bath custom built home located on a wide canal in a lovely residential neighborhood in warm and sunny Cape Coral, Florida. We have a fabulous private screened and lighted, heated pool, with walk in steps and handrail. And it is SOUTH FACING. Relax with TV & your laptop computer poolside in our comfortable outdoor lounge using our free Wireless High Speed Internet. Our guests just love this area.Our large dock and patio are located at the back door for convenience when fishing, dining or taking your boat (or rental boat), out for an adventure. We also supply beach chairs & fishing gear, coolers and bicycles for your use. The house has a living room and family room with bedrooms on separate ends of the house so it is a PERFECT TO SHARE WITH TWO COUPLES and still have one bedroom left for guests.The Lanai, WITH BRAND NEW SCREEN ENCLOSURE, the home has large pocket doors, that open to the very comfortable pool area making the outside and inside all one. We are fully air-conditioned, have several ceiling fans and heat for those cool nights. The Master suite, with king-size bed has a private bathroom with a large walk in shower.New mattresses last year.Second bedroom Queen size bed.Third bedroom Twin bedsThe second bath has an outside entrance from the pool and another door to the guest area hall. Our kitchen is ready for you to prepare a full course holiday dinner. It includes four burner stove with large oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeepot, electric kettle, blender, waffle iron, lovely dishes and nice pots and pans.We have several dining areas; family room counter & table, at the pool area lanai and full size formal dining room. We supply pretty linens and towels so you just have to pack your clothes and come to have fun. Once you arrive we have a complete laundry room with clothes washer, dryer, iron, etc. We also have a two-car garage for your use with automatic door openers. New furniture and large flat screen TV.Our home is just a ten minute ride to great shopping, cinema, beauty parlors, spas, local supermarkets (that sell take out dinner), fast food and gourmet restaurants and the local beach at Cape Coral Yacht Club. Enjoy the many activities at the Yacht Club including a large outdoor pool, tennis, handball, racquetball, shuffle board, free fishing pier, tiki restaurant, marina, bingo and plenty of planned activities.Several nearby golf courses are waiting for you to tee off and our backdoor patio & dock are waiting for you to catch the fish of your dreams.
