Stroll along the waterway to the private beach access to the white sands of Crescent Beach. Laundry facilities are on the same floor just around the corner from the unit. Free WiFi and cable are provided. Secure building with 2 elevators and assigned parking.You are sure to enjoy all the on-site amenities including a heated Olympic-size pool, lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, exercise room, his and her saunas, bike racks, clubhouse, boat docks, and a lovely area on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can watch dolphin, fish, picnic & BBQ (grill provided). Great location with easy access on & off the island. Walk to restaurants, shopping, and night time entertainment. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley right in front of the resort and ride to the public beach pavilion (concession stand, restrooms), Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach.RENTAL POLICIES: Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday unless prior approval by management is obtained.. Monthly rentals are the first day of the month to the last day of the month during Jan, Feb, and March.
