Open concept living & dining space with wood burning fireplace & vaulted ceilings and a glorious view of the Bretton Woods Ski resort. New for 2024 air conditioning. Off the foyer French doors open to a bedroom with a queen bed. Bedroom shares a Jack-N-Jill bathroom with the living area. Main floor has a large deck for soaking up the sun.Upstairs has two en-suite bedrooms for extended privacy. First is larger & has a king sized bed. The second en-suite bedroom has a queen bed. both have air conditioning.Ground floor has a large room for entertainment, two bedrooms & a full bathroom. Shuffleboard & Foosball tables offer hours of entertainment value. First bedroom offers a space for play. Outfitted with two singles and a bunk bed. The smaller second bedroom has a queen bed.
