The room is equipped with a PRIVATE KITCHEN that has a stove with 2 electric burners, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. Dining room 4 stalls, 65″TV with direct access to Netflix, 2 star chairs and a spacious dressing room. The house features central A/C that flows into every bedroom and part of the house. We have specialized cleaning staff and will always be attentive to what you need.*-The home has 2 levels and 4 bedroom home open for bookings from other guests who have great recommendations. Bit contact with other guests, it is a very reserved and quiet place. The house is designed to have little contact between guests. The only common areas are the stairs and the entrance.Parking is free! You can park in front of the house or you can do it in the driveway of the bay that is in front of the accommodation. No access to garage. Parking on the grass is prohibited.In the accommodation you will find an access card to the Community Resort area: Exclusive Water Park for children, large swimming pool, golf course, beach volleyball court, gym. You do not have to pay any additional fees.
