Our house is fully air conditioned and has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms just minutes away from all the Disney Parks. It has a fully screened pool and private vinyl fencing all around the backyard for privacy. It has a sun tanning deck outside the screened pool deck but inside the fence private from the neighbors. For your peace of mind our home is managed by a local managing agent who is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for emergencies and during normal business hours for other inquiries.The family room is comfortably furnished with loveseat/sofa and 50 inch tv. with cable and phone for U.S. only.The fully equipped kitchen includes, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker , blender, Keurig coffee maker for single use or regular coffee maker for more cups. All utensils for kitchen pots, pans. The breakfast nook seats 4 and the dining area seats 6. House has washer and dryer for convenience, there is also iron and ironing board.The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king bed and a dresser chair, walk in closet and 44 inch tv. One bathroom is located in the master bedroom. Pineapple plants are planted all around the house, you might be in luck and stay at our house while there is a ripe pineapple to pick and eat.The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and 44 inch tv.The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size in bottom and twin on top.The second bathroom is located in between the 2 bedrooms.All linen and towels are provided.At the rear of the house is a fully screened private pool with pool furniture, there is a table and 4 chairs.Outside the screened pool is a deck that can be used to sun tanning or just for enjoyment.Heating of the pool is optional. $30 per day with a minimum of 3 days or $200 a week.
