Garage has been converted into a game room, complete with smart TV and ping pong.The property is stocked with all the essentials you need to make travel easy – plenty of towels (pool + bath), basic soaps & starter supplies of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dish pods.The pool can be heated upon request- see additional details below.Heated Pool: Must be requested and paid for 24 hours in advance to allow water to come up to temperature. Our pool can be WARMED to provide comfortable swimming temperatures in the colder months (October-April) if desired. The cost of utilizing this amenity is $50 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it is not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows.
