Great Sun, Pool and HOT Spa- close to Parks, Disney & stores-clean, quiet, nice!Stay in our happy home that makes you want to stay longer! Private pool and spa area. Eat on the covered deck and enjoy the great weather! There is a removable fence around the pool to keep little ones safe and doors that tell you when they have been opened to keep everyone aware. There is laundry washer and dryer in the garage, disposal, dishwasher, microwave and gas range and big fridge. Perfect location with a field and park on the block area. Very safe location, and close to everything from restaurants, major grocery stores and restaurants to theme parks, and about hour from Cocoa beach one way, and West palm beach and New Smyrna about 1 hr. 15 min the other way. Easy access to main thorough fares. Uber or Lyft can transport you from airport for about $45. WiFi in the house, with smart TV/ Roku. A/c works great! Come stay with us for a wonderful, memorable vacation!In winter time heating the pool is an option for extra heating fee. Let us know if desired. We also have a BBQ gas grill available (extra gas and cleaning fee if desired by guests). There are 3 TV’s and an Alexa for playing music. Great house for your vacation!!
