This unit is very clean, has gorgeous views of marsh and river, with fabulous views of the sunsets. It is in a nice quiet neighbor hood, on a dead end street and is just 1 mile to grocery store, movie theater and other stores. It is just a short walk to a restaurant, coffee shop and other shops. Very popular cottage. Must bring your own sheets, pillows, pillowcases and towels. This unit only has internet service. You must bring your own Streaming information or device.
