The third bedroom has one set of single bunk bed and a queen bed. There is a full-size hall bath for the guests in this room This makes this condo ideal for a two-family getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, small appliances, dinnerware and cookware. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use in the unit during your stay. The nook beside the kitchen has a sleeper full bed and small balcony with views of Galveston Bay. The community charcoal grill is located beside the pond below this unit.When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sun screen, food and you! The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills for the guests use during their stay. Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away so we recommend guests stop on their way in so they never have to leave their vacation getaway!WRISTBAND POLICYThe Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West.
