To your left, you’ll find the fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for those who prefer to cook during their stay. Down the hall, discover two inviting bedrooms: one boasting a queen bed and the other offering a comfortable day bed for restful nights.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Our house is in Downtown Augusta. Enjoy the convenience of being near many restaurants, Olde Town, and Medical District. Less than 5 miles to Augusta National Golf Club!Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code.
