Easy main road access and perfect cell phone reception. Property borders the Green Mtn Nat’l Forest with direct access to hiking and snowshoeing on the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail from your back door. Stratton and Bromley Mountain, 12 miles. Okemo and Killington, 25 miles. Snowmobiling and cross-country skiing minutes away. Swimming, boating and fishing (and ice fishing!) at Emerald Lake State Park, less than 5 miles.Property is meticulously maintained with plenty of flowering shrubs, fruit trees, a sprawling lawn and landscaped trail to a small mountain stream out back for cooling off or just sitting and reading a book.
