Greens Villa 127 – 2BR Townhouse Near BeachThe Greens 127 is 2 BR/2.5 Bath spacious updated townhouse located in Shipyard. Shipyard is a private, gated, resort community located on Hilton Head Island’s famous south end. Unit 127 has a king in the primary bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. This property is located in the front section of the complex (closest to the beach). It has a wonderful Shipyard Golf Course view of a par five and easy beach access. The VanderMeer Tennis Center is also nearby. Expansive bike paths extend throughout Shipyard to either entrance (Hwy 278 or Pope Avenue). The large back deck is great for outdoor dining and has a new Weber grill. The deck provides a great view of the green; and is close enough to the beach for island breezes. This unit is a short 5 to 7 Minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean, across the street from the Sonesta Resort and the Shipyard Beach House. Guests staying at The Greens 127 may also enjoy dining and entertainment venues offered by the Sonesta. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18 or 27 holes available for play. Just outside of the south entrance/exit gate you will find Pope Avenue. Pope Avenue and Coligny Plaza offer numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The new Lowcountry Celebration Park is also located just off of Pope Avenue.
