Spend your money enjoying what Panama City Beach has to offer instead of paying for that fancy high rise. This complex is less than 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico!! This ground floor condo has parking at your the front door and is also an end unit. The back patio looks out to the common area and pool in this quiet 16 unit complex. This is a large 1 bedroom unit with a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room so this condo sleeps 4. The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless appliances, new solid surface counters, and tile backsplash. The bathroom has been completely updated with granite countertops and tile. There are also flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. Cook outside with the charcoal grill that is provided as you watch the kids swim in the pool off your back patio. Your own laundry room with full size washer and dryer is right on the back patio. As soon as you drive into Panama City on Hwy 79 at the west end, you turn at the last street on the left before Front Beach Rd and you are there! You park your vehicles directly in front of the condo and it’s only a short 2 blocks to beach access. You can walk to Pier Park, Winn Dixie, McDonalds, Arby’s, Dusty’s Oyster Bar and much much more. This condo is perfect for the small family that does not want to be in the big crowds and long elevator rides, but want all the conveniences. Bring your bikes and ride on the flat side streets or to the beach.
