Description
Located on Thomas Drive, Sugar Beach condominiums are only 1-3 stories and less crowded than larger multiple story complexes. You will not be wasting your time waiting in line for an elevator or walking up and down flights of stairs.Snowbirds are welcomed to this ground floor unit when the weather gets too cold at home:) The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably with one bedroom (king bed), a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and one full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen for dining-in or you may choose some of the finest restaurants PCB has to offer. Also, free Wi-Fi for your convenience, as well as, a stackable washer/dryer combo in the closet on the patio. This end unit offers privacy along with parking right outside or a few feet from the condo door.There is a small lake in the center of the complex where you and your children may enjoy feeding the turtles and goldfish. You may swim in the pool, play a game of tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard or play a game of ping pong in the clubhouse. Just outside of the pool area, there is a gated entrance for “Guest Only” to the private beach access with showers to wash the sand off at the end of the day. The beach offers great views of white sandy beaches, glistening blue water, rental chairs with umbrellas and wonderful sunsets!This condo is located on the beachside and at the front of the complex. It is about a 3 minute walk across the complex to the pool, as well as the beach. Restaurants, entertainment and fun adventures for you and your family or friends are right across the street from the complex. For the kids, and kids at heart, there is a Race City Amusement Park, miniature golf, bumper boats, restaurants and ice cream store all within walking distance!Signal Hill (less than 1/2 mile) is the nearest golf course to the condo, but when the sun begins to go down you may want to visit Pier Park, on Front Beach Drive, for all of your shopping needs.You may also enjoy many of the attractions of St. Andrews State Park which offers paddle boarding, a white sandy beach with swimming, fishing, biking, watching the nesting of large birds and an occasional alligator or deer!! The beauty of the “Jetties” inside this park will leave you breathless!Whatever the reason for your visit to the beach, please check us out for your next vacation!
