Restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, laundromats, and pharmacies all within two blocks.This Studio apartment is located on West 69th Street between Columbus Ave and Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and linens are provided. The apartment is approximately 375 square feet. The apartment is a ground floor unit in an historic brownstone building. The unit is equipped with cable TV and internet access.Sleeps two adults comfortably on a queen sized bed and can accommodate an additional two children on a pull out ‘day bed’.The other apartments in the building are occupied by long-term tenants, some who have lived in their apartments for over twenty years. It is a quiet building and not a place to stay if you want to party and play loud music.
