This apartment suite is located on the first floor of a large, old house on a highly sought after road 1 block off of “downtown” Belmont. Minutes walk to some of the best restaurants in the area; MAS, Tavola, Local, Belle, Southern Crescent, and Conmole. Also about a 15 minute walk to the Downtown Mall. The house was converted to apartments circa the 1930’s – 40’s and was fully renovated in 2018 via a historic renovation with current amenities and decor.This apartment was inspired by the neighborhood communal well that was referred to as “the grove”, and “the club”. Using elements of the grove, the design entails bright greens, natural elements, and spa-like bathrooms; a live moss mural even hangs over the living room fireplace.
