Upscale, Guadalupe riverfront gated complex with covered parking for one and plenty of uncovered spots, elevator and community pool.3/2 condo sleeps eight. Master bedroom has a king size bed, rooms 2 and 3 have a queen with a twin bunk-bed. There are 2 full size restrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen and large patio with upscale furniture and a fire pit. No smoking is allowed inside the condo, you can smoke on the balcony.No pets allowed.This third-floor condo is located on the east end of the complex providing you an elevated partly secluded retreat where you can watch the sunrise over the hills and be apart of the river activities yet cozy up in your private space. It is fully furnished with new furniture to make it your home away from home. The living room boasts a full wall of floor to ceiling glass with two sliding doors for that indoor outdoor experience. Doors open to a gorgeous patio with spectacular views of the river backed by the huge hill. Its a perfect spot for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the evening with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend the day tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers float by. Rio Guadalupe resort is located right next-door to rent tubes and provide shuttle service to the horseshoe. If you are tired of the river you can also take a dip in our pool, there is something for everyone.This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 9 AM .Some of our most popular nearby attractions from 5 miles to 25 miles include White water amphitheater- that hosts many famous musicians.Canyon Lake- with its beautiful blue water where you can rent boats and jet skis.Gruene Hall- oldest continually operating Dancehall in Texas since 1878.Wimberley- known for Jacob’s WellSan Marcos- known for its amazing outlet shopping and tons more. Natural Bridge Caverns-where you can explore 34 stories of underground beauty. There are tons of things to see and do. Many adventures await you all located within a short drive away.Wristband and parking pass required while staying at the condo so that everyone knows who has permission to be on the property.These condos are all individually owned and operated but through collaboration with the HOA the complex has laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex could have a wonderful time graciously allowing their second home to be rented out and enjoyed. Because of this fabulous location we can have trouble with trespassers the security guard on the premises are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that the guests are all parking and correct parking spaces.
