The living room has big picture windows that bring in lots of natural light and view of the river. Comfy seating, cable, big screen TV, Wi-Fi and the sofa pulls out to a queen size sleeper. The dining room table accommodates 5 people and there are also 4 bar stools around the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals and there are 2 refrigerators. Washer and dryer for convenience. Right outside the back door is a covered porch with bar height table and 6 chairs, ceiling fan and views for days! There is a charcoal and propane grill as well as a fire pit. Fenced in back yard for your fur friends.The master bedroom with amazing river views has a King size bed and cable TV with a private full bathroom with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower. The master bedroom has patio access as well. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin bunkbeds. Both guest bedrooms are conveniently located next to the guest bathroom. There is a den off the living room for privacy if you need to work before heading out on the river for a full filled day!Relaxing Hill Country escape, there are lots of things to discover all around us…. river tubing, lake life, live music, arts and craft fairs, wineries, antiquing, bird watching & wildlife viewing. Public boat ramp on the lake nearby. The closest tubing outfitter is Little Ponderosa Outfitters which is just 1/3 mile away from the home. Whitewater Amphitheater is 4 miles away. Schlitterbahn is only 13 miles away and 16 miles to downtown New Braunfels.Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.
