Rio Rafts is right next door for tube rental and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our refreshing pool. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.Our condo is not just a rental, it is our home away from home. It comes fully furnished with TV (with firestick, no cable) in the comfortable living room with free WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen including toaster, blender, coffee maker, and more. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with premium sheets and bedding and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and second bedroom. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the first floor with great views of the Guadalupe River.Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking passes and 6 wristbands. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV’s allowed.
