Plus, you’re conveniently located to explore all that Los Angeles has to offer.The property is nearby the metro lines and all major LA freeways.Lastly, while this guest unit is totally private, it does share the property with the owners who live in the main front house.Please out of respect for them and their neighbors please try to respect the quiet hours of 10pm – 7 am nightly :)- No Parties- Quiet time is from 10pm-7am- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. You can contact us any time. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.- Please use street parking only, there should be plenty.Please no smoking of any kind on the premises, this means no cigarettes, no Cannabis.- If you absolutely must smoke please make sure you do it offsite.
