Completely remodeled salt water pool home in desirable Southwest. Home is close to downtown, restaurants, bars and activities. Home features a brand new screened in salt water pool. Master bath has walk-in shower. On the other side of the home there are two bedrooms and a bath. The bath has a shower and tub unit. The second bedroom is large with a queen bed, 43 inch screen and large closet. Bedroom looks out over the canal and pool. The third bedroom has two twin beds with good size closet. There is a large living room with a 65 inch TV. There is a dining area with sliding glass doors that go out to the lanai and pool. The home has a laundry room with a washer, dyer and sink inside the house. Also, the home has all tile floors and an attached two car garage. The home has central air conditioning, free cable, free WIFI and all the conveniences of home.Electricity will be charged at .15 cents a kilowatt hour for electricity use over $45.00 a week.. The property manager reads the meter when you arrive and after you depart.
