Both bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and have direct access to the pool area, as well as from the guest toilet, which is also used as a pool bath. The center of the house on the ground floor is the large open modern living area with dining room and the very well equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar.A staircase leads to the upper area of the house. In the gallery, comfortable recliners invite you to watch a good movie on the large flat screen or to play a round of pool. From the adjoining balcony you have a wonderful view over the water and can enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Florida with an ice-cooled glass that is available from the gallery. There are also two guest rooms on the upper floor, each with queen-size beds.
